Our efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19 continue. Community Living Services offices will remain closed to the general public. Please note, this should not have an effect on the services offered to the individuals that we are proud to serve. The CLS Leadership team is closely monitoring policies throughout the State of Michigan while planning our gradual return to the building. In the meantime, our staff continues to operate remotely, ensuring that those we support have access to: Telehealth Practices, Direct Care Worker Training, Customer Services, and Supports Coordination. If you need assistance, please contact us at one of the numbers below.

An open letter to all we are so honored to serve,

Community Living Services is closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak in accordance with guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) at www.cdc.gov/coronavirus and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) at www.michigan.gov/coronavirus.

We are striving to serve you in the best way possible while also protecting your health and adhering to the guidelines put forth by our state and federal government.

Given the circumstances, some of your services will likely need to be provided via telepractice (over the phone) over the upcoming weeks. This has been approved and encouraged by our state leaders at the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services.
